A few things to consider.

Ladies and Gentlemen,


We support an agreement that truly benefits ALL the Crew Members of Atlas Air.


Please consider the following before making this very important decision:

1. A question was asked about early retirement buyouts. The E-Board President’s response; “I asked Mr. Steen and his response was “I cannot afford to lose that many pilots.”

Consider: are we really looking at downgrades and furloughs?


2. How is Atlas benefiting from this LOA? Doug Malcom stated the company wanted to “stabilize training costs.” Consider: is this LOA more about controlling cost for Atlas or preventing furloughs and downgrades.


3. The E-Board President stated multiple times that many LOA details remain undetermined and will require consultation with the company on a daily basis. Consider: Why is our E-board working in concert with management requiring a RUSHED decision before addressing all the details?


Could this weaken our position of bargaining leverage in the 2026 contract negotiations? Will Atlas want this language permanently added to a future CBA?


Now is the time we should slow down and evaluate each item very carefully. We have the right to reject this 1st offer and require it be modified to solve many other problems, while protecting pilot positions and prevent furloughs.
